Big Party / Flee market / The Reality™ Institute Party

Hi there !
Last WE was very nice !!!
First Friday I went to a huge party house in Hollywood hills with Allie, Chris and Bo ... It was crazy !!! Children from Beverly hills, smoking pots and drinking beers !!! On the way back to home we stopped in a Restaurant at 4 in the morning, you know this kind of restaurant where you only meet drunk people ... It was really funny ! We had a big Hamburger !


Then saturday I went with Bo to a party for The Reality™ Institute, an artist association created by Mike, Ben's roommate. It was very nice, they was some band, beers ... And I met really nice people ... Tracy a fucking crazy New Yorker !!!!We spend the night there and then at midnight we decided to go eat Pie at the house of the Pie !!! I took a banana cream pie ! OMG it was so big !!!
Then Sunday morning I went with Tracy to the flee market in West Hollywood !




It was really cool but too expensive ... Celebrity flee market ! But anyway we had a really nice time ! Then we went to a lecture of Catherine Opie in the Museum of contemporary art. She's a photographer, a very nice american photographer that I didn't know ... You should really check out.

This week was really cool too, I ate with Mr Biri, the director of my french school :) It was cool but we didn't spoke so much ... I had a first review for my internship with Jo and Marjam. They were proud of me and happy that I'm here ... I'm happy too so everything's good !!! I <3 this place, I <3 everything !!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE !!!

Dodger stadium / Friday on melrose ave and big party

Hi there,
tuesday was my first baseball game !!! So cool ! We were at the "all you can eat Pavillon" which means free hot dogs, chips, peanuts, ... It's long but during the game you can go out to have beers, cigarets, ... Here is some pics ...






It was a real american experience !!! People are singing, screaming, eating, drinking !!! It was really fun !!! And we had good sits. And of course, the Dodgers won !!!!

Yestarday I went shopping on melrose ave. It's between Hollywood and Beverly Hills ... Shops are so cool, clothes are the best !!!! I buy some cool staffs !!! Then Chris and Bo joined me and we went to eat at a vegi organic restaurant and guess what ... I ate next to Mary Louise Parker, the main character of the TV show Weeds ! She was with her boyfriend, a very young good looking guy. I was so impressed but I didn't talk to her I was too shy ... I wanted to ask her some MILF weed !!! But anyway, next time :) Melrose ave is the place where all celebrities bought clothes ... And I understand why !!! And it's not as expensive as I thought :)
Then Allie called me to tell me that there was a Big Huge Party up to the hill in Hollywood. She gave me the password ! We went there !!! It was a fucking big house of a LA musician. People were crazy, drunk !!! I met some very nice people there ! It's crazy how people are rich there !!!
Tonight I'm going to Emy's house. She playing music and they is a party also :) Why am I gonna sleep ??? I don't know !

Yesterday rough day !

Yesterday at work, as I told you before, there was a shooting ... From the new TV show no ordinary family. Here are some photos of the shooting and an exclusive video (lol).





This is one of the main characters.


I couldn't go to the real stage, and I couldn't take photos ... but I saw some nice staffs !!! It give me the gen urge to do or assist a movie ... It was so nice to see them jiggle everywhere. They custom the all area. The first floor where turn into in a Bank office.


I also took a funny video ...


The "not so funny part of the day" was that I stayed at work until midnight ... It remember me the engenirring school ! Some of you know what I'm talking about ...
But that's okay, the project is nice, co-workers are lovely so it was cool to see it finally work very well. We had to deploy it for 3 territory in live ... So we couldn't do it wrong ... No memory leaks, ... So now you can enjoy and see the project Alien Interactive Desktop online... there is a lot of assets that has to be upload from the database so don't worry if it take some time to launch the app.

Now I'm going to drink a beer out ...

Sunday evening/night

Here there :)
I hope everybody had a nice WE. For me it was a lazy one ... It was really hot and I spend the all saturday cooking, eating, smoking :) It's good sometimes :) Sunday, when I woke up I told me that I have to do something ... Repair my bike, that's a good idea. After watching tutorial on internet, I found the problem ... But I had no tools :) It was almost 7P.M. so I called to bike shop, and they were still opened !!! They waited for me :) To go to the shop I have 2 HUGE hills to cross ... I told myself : "let's find a shortcut" ... What a short cut !!! After going up then down then up to hills, the road had no issue !!! Fuck !!! I saw a guy with a dog and ask him how to go to the shop ... I had to come back close to home and then cross 2 more hills !!!! A was so tired and it was so hot ... I was pissed off and I think he saw that. 5 minutes later I arrived with his car and he bought me to the shop :) A very car, a very nice guy :) So I finally arrived to the shop. We fixed my bike and the guy from the shop really liked me ... He took my phone and send me texts :) I'm gonna see him wednesday :) I didn't stop talking because I spend the all saturday alone so I was in need to talk ! Then I went to the red lion (u remember my QG) and Emily, Ben and Chris joined me. After few beers we went to a dance club:) There was only old school music, Rhythm & Blues ... Thats was really really nice :)
So tomorrow there is a big shooting at my office ... I'm gonna take a look and try to take some pics. I don't know which film it is but it looks like a big production ... I saw decors, cop's cars ... I hope they let me went there :)
Thursday I'm gonna see my first baseball game in the L.A. stadium :)

Barbecue / Movie Theater

Hi there, I didn't wrote so much this week ... Nothing special happen, I mean really special ^^
I saw Allie and Chris this week. We had some chill night on my terrace with friends.
At work, I work on the same project which is gonna be online very soon ... It's really nice, I learn so much and co-workers are really nice.Each day, I know them better and better .
Yesterday, we had a glass of wine at the office, it was good. Offices is France should to that too to celebrate the Week End ^^ Then with Bharath Ben and Mike we made a barbecue at home. Ben almost burn !!! We bought this instant fire coal ! It work, ask Ben :) Then we went to see the preview of Inception in Burbank. It was so cool !!!! I was a little drunk & high when we arrived there. The cinema we full !!! We sat on the 3rd row. People were speaking, laughing ... They all created such a nice atmosphere. Then trailers began. Only scary movies, or crazy expensive hollywood films. People were giving their first impression. Some of them were clapping. When the trailer was bad people whistled. It was really nice. And during the movie everyone is inside it's so cool. They scream, move, ... The cinema is alive. It's really special !!!

Happy sunny sunday inna L.A.

Hi there !
Today was a really nice day ! After the world cup Chris and a friend from Israël went home and we went to the shop Trader Joe's. We went back home and I made a lunch with salads, crepes :) Delicious ! We were in the Patio, so sunny, so shinny !!! Then we went to a very old district of L.A. where you can see very beautiful old school houses !!! That amazing because those house are from the the 1880 survived from earthquakes !!! It was really beautiful ! It was nice to see old building :)



(I just learned today that to house from the photo on top is the house from the clip Thriller from Micheal Jackson ... Nobody Cares ... Okay !)




Then we went to DownTown to meet Allie, my friend music producer.



We met her in a mexican bar named LA city. It was really nice punky rock bar with very good Margarita !




We're going together to the Hard LA and with Katie of course !!! She's coming tuesday night at home for a girly night :) Movie, W**** ... :)

This day was really sweet, really nice ... a Melo day as they say :)

Saturday night inna L.A.

Hi there !
Yesterday Ben (from Oskoui+Oskoui), his roommate Mike and his friend Emily went home in the evening :) We drank some wine and beers. That was really nice, those people are very nice :) They created an art association, The Realty Institute, which looks very cool ! Emily is a painter and she made some nice staffs. We spoke a lot about everything and anything ... Then we wanted to go to an Art Gallery in Downtown close to my work but it wasn't free so we went to a Bar, really really nice bar ! We had another beer. We danced on Rock'n'roll music :) I had a really nice time. Then Ben had to go to the Airport to pick up a friend so with Mike and Emily we went to the Unknown Theater were Chris was. There was a Jam session. The bar was close but they let us in because the owner is Chris' friend. We drank, we smoke, that was really nice too. Then I came back home at 4 :) On the way back it was smelling so much weed and I said to Chris that is was crazy that in my neighborhood it smell everywhere that ! What he answer : "it's not the weed it's the skunk, the animal !!!!" So now I know why we named the weed skunk. It really smell the same ! That's crazy !

Now I'm watching the soccer world cup :)

Thursday ... party night

Hi there :)
So like every thursday ... I'm going out before the week end :) Chris picked me up at home after a glass of good red wine and we went to a friend's producer house ... I don't know if I meet only rich people but this house was HUGE !!!!! Theater inside the house, warm pool outside in a exotic garden, ... TV outside ... Sofa everywhere in the garden ...





The people were very nice, all producer ... We had some Vodka :) I didn't brought my bikini so I didn't try the jacuzzi and the pool but anyway it was really nice :)

After that we went to a wine bar where the owner is a friend of Chris too (I know he knows everybody !) The bar was really nice. The ambiance remind me a little bit France ... Dark light, old school staffs ... So we drank another glass :)



Then a friend of hi call us and invite us to his house. The guy was really nice ! He works in an italian restaurant, loves cheese and wine ! I was in Paradise ! He had some " Tome de savoie ", some blue cheese, ... and very good california wine ... So we open a red bootle of wine ... Then his girlfriend arrives and we open another bottle, but this time white ... But you know what we say : " blanc sur rouge rien ne bouge, rouge sur blanc tout fout le camp " ... I let you imagine the following ....

Chris brought me back home with the motocycle ... I could stand up more than 5 seconds ... Once more I drink too much, I've to stop !!!!

Tonight we're going to the unknown Theater for a party :) Katie, my friend from Las Vegas is coming to see me next WE :) We're going to the Hard LA festival (M.I.A., Switch, N*E*R*D, ...) I'm so happy that she comes !!! It's a wonderful american girl, Katie from Las Vegas ... :)
Kristine is gone this morning for 3 weeks in NYC and Europe ... I've got the house for me and Momo (the cat) :-)

First Earthquake !!!

This afternoon, as every day I was in the office with Bahrat, ben and Joe ... We just saw the semi final :( And around 5P.M. the floor began to move ... The lights were dancing on the ceiling ... It make me feel really wired ... You don't have any more repair, it's really creepy ... Then Joe said : "Oh oh earthquake ..." I was really scared ... I told me " don't panic, it happen really often here .... But I was white, watching my screen ... It goes on 5 or 10 seconds but it seems so long !!!! Then I was chocked ! My first earthquake ... The all building moved ... Then we heard the security from the speaker asking if everybody was fine.
The earthquake was centered about 128 East from LA and was reported as a magnitude 5.9. Here is the article.

Malibu, Beach & Fireworks

Hi there,
This WE was really nice ... First the barbecue, then the party is this huge house ... but you already know the story :)
Sunday, we decided to go to Malibu with Chris. It's like 14 miles from LA, so not very far ... except traffic jams ... But the sun was shinning, landscapes were awesome, I mean it's better than traffic jams in Paris ^^ Chris know some person who have a big big house on high districts of Malibu. They invited him to a barbecue so I went with him. But first, after a good hamburger in Malibu we went to the beach. It is really beautiful and it was the first time that I saw the Pacific Ocean ...





I searched Pamela Anderson from Baywatch but I only saw her coworkers ...


No as sexy as David Hasselhoff ... ^^ The beach were we were was really nice and not so full :) Good for a 4th of July in Malibu ! They was also big waves, but not as big as in Brazil ... The water was cold, so I didn't swim ... I know shame on me !


The only things that I didn't like so much is that you can't smoke on the beach ... And that is like everywhere ! Smokers are evil !!! I'm bored of hearing, "Sorry miss, you can't smoke there" ... And the sheriff from the beach are not very nice either ... The couple close to us had Ice Tea in a bottle and they were very aggressive against them ... Let me tell you the story :
Sheriff : "That looks like Beer"
Guy : "It isn't if you wanna smell"
Sherif : " I don't have to trust you, for me it's beer". The sheriff open the cool box of the guy without asking.
Guy : " What you're doing in illegal. You've to be a police officer to do that"
Sheriff : "Do you see any around ? No so let me do me job"
Guy : "Yes I see on, I'm a cop" And he shows his plate !!!!

That was really funny, but I didn't laugh in front of them ... I was scary !
After that, we went to a bar and drank two very tasteful Mojito ... It was the paradise, except that once more you can't smoke and you can't even take our glass outside ...
Then we went to Chris' friends ... We arrived in front of the gate through a little drive ... That was so cute ...


And we finally arrived to the house ... Fuck Fuck Fuck the garden was so beautiful, and the Pool, the view ... OMG (Oh My God)!!! This place was like even ...





The house was nice too but it looked to much like a museum ... They was a big piano but nobody plays it ... a big kitchen but nobody cook ... I'm sure you know what I mean ... But anyway, that was really nice !
So Chris took a bath in the pool and we had a ate really good food ... Big Barbecue with every kind of meal, corns, vegetables, apple pie, ...
Then they were the fireworks and we were at THE best place in Malibu to saw them !!! It was the private fireworks from some celebrities, it was on the ocean ... And we were just in front of it !!!


After the fireworks we went back in LA ... 2hours !!!! Big traffic jams !!! And I slept in the car :)

4th of July

Hi There !
Yesterday the barbecue party was really nice !!! I met really nice and interesting women ! We drank a lot of Wine, Beer, ... And the food was awesome !!! Kristine told me that her ex husband worked for Brad Pitt and she met him several times !!!! I'm so Jealous !!!
Then, Chris picked me up around 11P.M. and we went at his house. We spoke, we drink beers, we listened to music :) And then we went to another Big Party on W Edgeware Rd 1136 in los angeles. We didn't know the owner of the place but the house was fucking big !!!!




They were 3 floor, a big swimming pool, a DJ, and 100 drunk people !!! That was really nice ! We met a friend of him there, we was totally drunk too !!! the people were celebrating the 4th of July !!! We stayed there until 2.30P.M. and then he brought me back home. On the way home we had a really nice ride around Echo Park district and we went up to a hill where we saw L.A. by night !!! So huge and beautiful !!!! We drove really fast on a big empty road !!! Freedom !!!!

When I came back home it was really crazy !!! There was an helicopter which was turning around the some neighbor house's ... For one hour !!! I heard some shots but here for the 4th of July there is a lot of firework .... But maybe it was gun shots ! I was a little scary because a helicopter is really noisy !!! And it wasn't high ... But then I stopped and I finally slept !

Today I'm going to Malibu to the beach and to Chris's friends to celebrate the 4th of July !!! It's a big day there, it's like 14th of July ! Party everywhere, drunk people ... Those friends are producer and top model ... Look at the house ...



I'm gonna take a lot of picture and maybe I'm gonna see celebrities ...

A night in the unknown theater

Hi there,
Thursday night I met Chris in The red lion bar (my QG !!!) and Krsitine met us. Then I went to Chris house's which is very nice ! We had I whisky and we went to the unknown theater. It's in Hollywood :) It was really nice. We went there with motorcycle !!! I love it !!! They was some bands playing music there.

Today we're making the barbecue at home with friends. And tomorrow, I think I'm gonna go to Malibu for the independence day with Chris to his friends who have a house close to the ocean ... Because I didn't see the ocean yet !!!
